-สินค้าอิเลคทรอนิคส์ที่ขายทั้งหมดในร้านนี้ ทางร้านได้ทำการตรวจสอบคุณภาพ 100% ทุกชิ้น จึงมั่นใจได้ว่าทางร้านจะส่งของดีทุกชิ้นให้กับลูกค้า
-สินค้าสั่งทำของทางร้าน ร้านจะรับประกันเป็นระยะเวลา 3 เดือน  โดยที่สติกเกอร์รับประกันจะต้องไม่ฉีกขาด/ไม่ถูกแกะออก
-กรณีสินค้าสั่งทำมีปัญหา  ลูกค้าจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งสินค้าส่งกลับให้กับทางร้านเพื่อแก้ไข/ซ่อม  โดยค่าจัดส่งสินค้ากลับคืนลูกค้าทางร้านจะเป็นผู้จ่ายให้  ค่าซ่อม และค่าอะไหล่ทั้งหมดฟรีตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน
-สินค้าอื่นๆ กรณีที่มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพของสินค้าที่ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้  หรือสินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่งแล้วไม่สามารถใช้งานได้  ลูกค้าจะต้องแจ้งมายังร้านภายใน 5 วันนับจากได้รับสินค้า เพื่อหาทางแก้ไขร่วมกัน
-ปัญหากรณีอื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากรายละเอียดข้างต้น  ทางร้านต้องขออนุญาตไม่รับเปลี่ยน/ชดเชย/คืนสินค้า
